Ghanaian comedian and talk show host Kwaku Sintim Misa has opined that Ghana’s biggest economic problem is the kind of politics here.
The partisan-neutral strong critic of both present and past governments asserted that the crisis Ghana finds itself in is because of politics which he termed “OUR GREATEST ENEMY”.
He described Ghana’s economy as a derailed one which is inarguably true looking at the high inflation rate faced in the country.
He shared his opinion in a tweet on the 15th of August.
By all indications, the country is facing difficult times and the leadership aren’t being very transparent with its citizen.
Ghana is seeking an IMF bail-out even though the NPP-led administration promised it would drive the nation beyond aid.
As usual, Covid-19 has always received the blame.
Economic experts have already warned that the IMF bail-out wouldn’t make a difference to the country’s economic woes.
American Professor Steve Hankie has stated that another IMF bailout wouldn’t save Ghana.
