Ex-Doe reveals that he used to smoke but had to quit because it wasn’t serving him any good and was affecting his career.
Ex-Doe, known in real life as Richard Kwesi Siaw has revealed in an exclusive interview on TV XYZ that he used to smoke but had to quit because it wasn’t serving him any good and was affecting his career.
According to the hip life musician, he stopped about nine years ago and that decision has been life-changing.
“I stopped smoking about eight to nine years ago,” He said.
Ex-Doe made the revelation that continuously using the hard drug would affect your system in the sense that your body would get used to it. He advised against the abuse of the drug.
The “Ma BA” hitmaker in the interview added that he is not against using weed as a recreational drug because it is not bad, but for him, it’s not good for him.
If you are a 90s kid, you’d remember the name Ex-Doe, which was a household name back then. His popular release “Ma BA” was a hit back then and dominated the radio airwaves. He disappeared from the music scene for a long time and attributed it to his success at a younger age. He however assured Ghanaians that he would bounce back even much better, a promise he failed to deliver.
In the same interview, the ace rapper revealed that Kofi Kinaata is one of his favourite musicians in Ghana because in his opinion he is the only one still doing real hiplife.
